Harold’s Steel Buildings offers a wide variety of Carport-Garage Combo styles including End Combos and Side Combos as well as Combo Kits. Our pre-engineered galvanized steel framed structures give you the versatility of having storage space as well an open covered area. They are the perfect solution to cover and protect your car, recreational vehicle, boat, farm equipment, or anything else which needs protection from the harsh outdoor elements such as the sun, rain, snow, sleet or hail. The uses of our Combos are as varied and unique as our clients. Whether you’re looking to have a covered spot to grill or a convenient place to shelter a vehicle, lawn mower, motorcycle or ATV, or just need some extra storage space with a patio area, Harold’s Steel Buildings has a solution. Our Combos also make an excellent workshop and are perfect as a hobby or picnic area.

COLOR OPTIONS

Harold’s Steel Building proudly offers our standard colors at no extra cost, these color selection includes customers color needs required by their homeowners association, you can select a color for your roof, sides and trim.

ROOF STYLES

Harold’s Steel Buildings offers a variety of buildings to suit any need, we pride ourselves on ensuring you have the best roof options available for your area. Not only do our different roof styles save you money, but they can also be certified for heavy wind and snow loads.

Regular Style Roof

The Regular style roof is our most economical roof. It has a rolled roof, which help protect from sun and rain. The rolled roof comes down the sides about 6″ strengthening the sides as well as the roof. The ends of the roof overhang 6″ on both gabled ends, giving the carport a finished look. These sheets run horizontally in a single sheet up to 36′, allowing this design to be and effective and economical choice for your metal unit.

Horizontal Metal Roof

The A-Frame Horizontal roof is the most popular roof style. This style offers a more traditional building look, it is important to keep in mind that the slight overhang on the ends of the roof will cause the roof to extend past the base of the building. This style is available in all areas for widths under 30 wide. The roof sheets run horizontally in a single sheet up to 36′ with a design that serves to shed water and improve aerodynamics.

Vertical Metal Roof

The Vertical style roof is an A-Frame roof with the panels installed vertically instead of horizontally. This means the corrugation of the metal runs from the ridge cap down to the eave of the building. This design allows for an unobstructed run off of rain, snow and debris. It is a considerably stronger unit as it has addition hat channel supports running horizontally down the structure allowing for a heavier roof load and more stable metal unit.

Lean-To Metal Roof

The Lean-To style has a roof with the panels installed horizontally or vertically and can be built with any of the three mentioned roof styles. The Lean-To can be used in conjunction with another carport or building to add additional space or can come in our stand alone version. This design allows for run off of rain, snow and debris in one direction. This design offers advantages when you need to shed water in one direction.
